You agree to use the App:

  • Without attempting to reverse engineer or modify the application

The app:

  • Does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition

  • Should not replace professional medical consultation

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding caffeine consumption or health concerns.

Use of the app is at your own risk.

3. Data Responsibility

All caffeine tracking data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for:

  • Managing your entries

  • Backing up your device if needed

  • Ensuring accuracy of the information you input

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device issues, deletion, or app removal.

4. In-App Purchases (If Applicable)

If the app offers premium features or subscriptions:

  • Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal period.

  • You may manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

All billing and refund requests are handled by Apple under their terms and policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, branding, and code within Caffeine Tracker are owned by the developer and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Redistribute

  • Modify

  • Resell

any part of the application without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The developer shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages

  • Health outcomes related to caffeine intake

  • Loss of data

  • App interruptions or technical issues

Use of the app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Update the app

  • Restrict access if misuse is detected
